Description of the work

The 11 apartment buildings this project concerns are spread across several ICF la SABLIERE area divisions, and comprise 723 homes in 34 building for a net floor area of 50,256 m².

  • In the East Area Division: 2 apartment buildings
  • In the West Area Division: 3 apartment buildings
  • In the Paris Area Division: 5 apartment buildings
  • In the South Area Division: 1 apartment building

 

ICF Habitat’s undertakings include:

In line with the energy transition law, ICF has identified these sites as a priority because of their poor energy performance (energy performance rating of between E and F).

 

The energy performance target for as many of these rehabilitated sites as possible is an energy performance rating of C.

 

However, depending on the potential of the energy improvement works per site, these targets will be higher (renovated low-energy building) or lower (a minimum rating of D and the levels imposed by funding plans such as energy efficiency certificates, Eco-Prêts Logement Social, Troisième ligne de quittance and the Climate Plan of the Paris City Council).
The Client also wishes to obtain Promotelec Certification for the apartment buildings in the Paris Area Division (HPE renovation/low-energy building-EFFINERGIE).

 

The performance targets to meet under the energy performance contract will be set on the basis of actual and regulatory consumption. Attention will focus on the performance of each of the sites and on that of all the apartment buildings.

 

The tender documents are in preparation for the launch of an invitation to tender for a Design Build Operate Maintain contract in June 2021.
