Residence ” Montagne de Mons ” :
- ITE + cladding
- Creation of a metallic structure with a view-breaker to improve the access to the apartments
- Expansion of the halls
- Repair of roof terraces and security measures
- Insulation of the high floors of the basements
- Replacement of exterior woodwork
- Repair of wet rooms and replacement of sanitary equipment
- Bringing the smoke extraction system up to standard
- Creation of collective hot water
- Improvement of the ventilation system
- Bringing the electrical system into compliance
- Asbestos problem
Residence ” Les Plantes ” :
- ITE + brickwork
- Repair of the roof tiles
- Replacement of exterior woodwork
- Repair of the wet rooms, replacement of the sanitary equipment and replacement of the falls

- Bringing the electrical system into conformity
- Condemnation of the VO shovels
