TYPE of assignment
Assignment focusing on a master plan for the renovation of the hospital’s energy system. The assignment includes an as-is analysis and an analysis of reference consumption figures, proposing renovation recommendations with their economic, ecological and financial impacts over the long term.

Description of the work
Drawing up the facility’s piping and instrumentation diagram and a functional study of the systems:
- Steam generation: 2.3 MW
- Hot water production: 2 x 2.9 MW gas boilers
- 18 cubic-metre ice store
- Generation of positive and negative cold 1.3 MW cold with heat recovery
Analysis of consumption with estimates for certain energy areas and collation of the data for drawing up a reference profile.
Production of a catalogue of action sheets describing each optimization identified during the audit in 4 areas of activity:
- Technical: description of the problem and a solution proposed
- Economic: primary investment, savings made and amortization
- Energy: energy and fuel savings made
- Environmental: primary energy and greenhouse gas savings
- Combining these sheets into a scenario for a comprehensive analysis of the renovations under consideration.
