Assistance to the client under a design and build contract for a 2000m² university building on the Moulin de la Housse campus.

The URCA wishes to completely rehabilitate building 7 of the Housse campus with a view to improving the site’s energy and environmental efficiency. The building, which was built by Marcel Lods, has been disused for years; it will be converted to house tutorial class rooms and individual and group workspaces for the students.

The form of the contract is Design and Build, with performance bonds over a 2-year period. The contract’s completion deadlines have been optimized to meet the requirements of the Recovery plan, as the project is partly funded by the plan.

ITHERM Conseil assists and will continue to assist its client for the duration of the project, from the scheduling phase to the project’s performance monitoring phase.
