These studies have steered Grenoble Alpes Métropole towards the following viable scenarios:
- Varces: 11 GWhu potential – density of 5 MWh/ml – a saving of 2,400 TeqCo2/year
- Meylan: 20 GWhu potential – density of 2.5 MWh/ml – a saving of 3,600 TeqCo2/year
- Pont-de-Claix: 1.5 GWhu potential – density of 1.5 MWh/ml – a saving of 350 TeqCo2/year
The Pont-de-Claix project is under way in the form of a comprehensive performance contract.
The Meylan project is pending consultation in the form of a mixed contract concession.
