Description of operations monitoring
The assignment consists in assisting the client in monitoring collective heating and domestic hot water (DHW) production facilities.
The asset base is spread across 3 area divisions for a total of 90 apartment buildings.
After putting in place an energy performance contract in 2015, ITHERM Conseil now provides the following services:

- monitoring invoicing of the various items,
- conducting regular audits of facilities,
- monitoring the performance of renewable energy facilities,
- regularly updating the contract,
- providing assistance in the event of technical problems.
