Prime contractor for the HVAC work:

• Renovating HVAC facilities on the first floor
• Replacing the refrigerating unit with a heat pump
• Connecting the garden floor and the ground floor to the collective hot and chilled water production facility
• Installing a centralized technical management/building management system for the ground floors/garden floors, first, second and fourth floors

Renovating HVAC facilities on the first floor:

• Installing “2 tubes – 2 wires/ChangeOver” ceiling fan convectors fitted with smart controllers,
• Connection to the collective iced water supply system,
• Installing 2 dual flow energy recovery air handling units for ventilating the premises

Replacing the refrigerating unit with a heat pump:

• Refrigerating unit replaced with a heat pump that can produce iced water in the summer and hot water in the winter to supply the batteries of the fan convectors and cassettes,
• Connecting to the centralized technical management system.

Connecting the garden floor and the ground floor to the collective hot and iced water production facility:

Creating a new piping system from the hot/iced water system on the roof to supply the cassettes of some of the offices on the ground floor and garden floor.

Installing a centralized technical management system for the ground floors/garden floors, first, second and fourth floors:

• Replacing the controllers with smart PLCs in the offices on the ground, garden, second and fourth floors,
• Installing a centralized technical management/building management system controlling the HVAC.
