MANERGY is expanding!
Expanding for several years, MANERGY accelerated its development in 2021 through several major acquisitions:
- ACTR, specialized in the energy rehabilitation of buildings and in “All building trades” renovation, joined MANERGY in March 2021,
- SACET (Toulouse) and CARTE (Pau), fluids engineering firms, joined the group in April 2021,
- CONSUL’TECH (Cergy et Bordeaux) : a design and engineering firm specialized in technical assistance and in life cycle management for the buildings of owners and property managers, just joined MANERGY in July 2021.
These acquisitions strengthen MANERGY’s expertise in its 3 lines of business: Property Assets, Territories and Industries.
At present, MANERGY has nearly 250 staff, 10 subsidiaries and generates €30 million of turnover.
